My journey has taken me halfway across the world to India, South America, Europe and all corners of the US. Over the years, I've been blessed with the opportunity to meet and study with some of the world's greatest mystics and teachers.

I have been a serial entrepreneur since my early twenties. My experience as a business owner inspired me to develop a comprehensive, intuitive approach to marketing strategy. I have worked with a broad spectrum of clients from home-based businesses to Fortune 500 clients. A former instructor and training developer for Rutgers University, I have led dozens of motivational workshops and seminars throughout the United States.

I began working with clients in 1985, first as a licensed massage therapist, then as a group facilitator, motivational workshop leader, and life coach. My work also draws on a myriad of life experiences including over two decades of training in meditation, visualization, affirmations, intuitive inner work and journeying, emotional and physical healing, mystical awareness, and connecting with Source.

In addition, I'm a published writer whose work has appeared in newspapers, magazines and online publications. I currently have two blogs, Blessed Madness and Sustainable Words, with plans to launch several more online projects in the next few months. I happen to love words so I also dabble a bit with poetry, screenwriting, short stories, memoir, etc.
