How to Accomplish Almost Anything
A Lunch & Learn Workshop
In order to accomplish anything, no matter how large or small, we need to follow a simple but proven formula made up of five key ingredients: possibility, passion, planning, persistence, and partnerships. Applying this formula to specific goals both at home and in the workplace can help us achieve greater levels of success. In this presentation we will explore how to turn problems into opportunities, use passion as a motivator, create an effective plan, persist through obstacles, and create a network for resources and support.

The Creative Spirit: for Women Who Want to Live Their Dreams
6 Week Life Coaching Group
What is the message of your life? What does your life have to say? Could it really be true that there is a path we were meant to follow? Within each of us is an opportunity to do something we love and make a difference in the lives of others. Often all it takes is being receptive to the various clues that surround us. In this workshop we will explore these questions and uncover the path that leads to the realization of our dreams. Drawing upon the knowledge and wisdom of teachers both past and present, we will work together to assist each other in discovering first, what our individual dreams are and second, what steps we need to take to make them happen.
A great way to connect with others, create lasting friendships and build community. Experience the benefits of life coaching without the high cost!
Each participant will also receive one hour of one-on-one life coaching, along with weekly email check-ins, handouts and resources, and light refreshments.

Creative blocks can happen unexpectedly for no apparent reason, leaving us feeling stuck and frustrated. It’s as if our inner Muse has abandoned us and we don’t know if or when she’ll return. In this group, we will determine the source of this block to see if it’s related to a specific project, a life circumstance or relationship or if in fact it involves a deeper creative crisis.
