Using evocative music, images and words, we will immerse ourselves in the creative universe of the Soul, tap into our inner Muse and navigate through the hidden landscape of the unconscious to connect with and bring forth our authentic Voice.

Along the way, we’ll uncover the powerful link between our intuition and our creativity, a tool that when utilized can provide us with inspiration, guidance and profound wisdom.  In the sacred space created by this workshop, there will be opportunities to share our discoveries as well as become a mirror for others. With a spirit of adventure, we'll journey together into the unknown and return with a softer heart and a nourished Soul.

Do you know what the universe asking of you right now?  Do you know how interpret the signs, coincidences, synchronicities, and messages that life presents you?

Everything speaks...the question is: how well are you listening and how often do you follow what you hear?

Our intuition is our Soul’s or Higher Self's way of guiding us and providing us with a road map to navigate through our daily lives. In this retreat, we'll explore how to hear and interpret the key messages that come through our dreams, conversations with others, inner nudges and from a variety of other sources including books, movies, songs, etc. We'll also learn how to connect these messages together into a Life Map that we can use to connect with our highest joy and purpose.

Do you feel as though you are going around in circles, without making progress or going anywhere? Do you feel stuck in repetitive patterns and destructive habits in your relationships, work, creative expression, living situation or place in the world? Perhaps you’re hoping if you just sit tight, things will change or someone will come along and rescue you. Or perhaps you know the only way off is to take a leap and this frightens you. But how long can you keep your life on hold while you wait for the courage to jump? Maybe you’ve jumped off only to find yourself retreating back to the old patterns and habits because you fear the unknown. The question is: do you want to keep going round and round or do you want to find a way off that lasts and brings new possibilities into your life?

In this workshop, we will take a deep look at where we are in our lives versus where we want to be and identify the patterns and behaviors that keep us stuck. Using some practical tools we will create a life map that reveals what needs to be changed and what steps we can take to make that change. We will each build our own unique bridge between the old and the new and following our own rhythm and pacing, begin the process of transition and ultimately transformation. To create lasting sustainable change, we need support. Each person will also be given tools to create a network of support, both within and outside of the group.

The workshop will be broken down into the following four sections:
